COVID-19

Riverbend Family Dentistry has resumed normal operations.  We have made some change to our office policies to promote the safety of our patients and team during the COVID-19 pandemic. Check out our video that highlights the changes!

Some of the changes include:

Paperless forms. Forms are sent directly to your computer or mobile device. Simply follow the prompts and your forms and signatures will be automatically updated to your digital chart.

Mobile check-in. No waiting room crowds. Simply call or text when you arrive. We ask that you wait in your car, and we’ll let you know as soon as your room is ready for you.

Screening. Patients will be asked to complete COVID screening questions and a quick temperature check prior to being seated. Team members are also completing this screening and temperature check each morning.

HEPA air purifiers. Twelve HEPA air filters are included throughout the office, including one in each room. This helps keep the air quality clean and safe.

Infection control. We’ve always taken infection control very seriously. As an addition precaution, we have enhanced personal protective equipment to keep our patients and team safe.

Teledentistry. For those who are experiencing a dental problem, but are unable/do not wish to come to the dental office, we will be available via teledentistry. Teledentistry is a virtual visit with one of our dentists that can happen real-time using video conferencing, such as Facetime, Zoom, or Skype.  During this virtual problem-focused evaluation, your dentist will complete an assessment and provide recommendations, prescriptions, instructions, or whether you need immediate in-office treatment.

If you have a dental concern that you would like to discuss, or would like more information about teledentistry, please contact our office at 561-701-9700.

We are here for you! Stay safe.
